At Total Football Elite, our summer camps are built on a commitment to develop complete players through a modern, individualized, and holistic training approach. Our philosophy centers on elevating every athlete by combining technical mastery, tactical intelligence, and performance analysis into a structured, high-impact training environment.
We emphasize personalized development, ensuring each player receives meaningful feedback and guidance tailored to their unique strengths and areas for growth. At its core, Total Football Elite Summer Camps are about unlocking potential—providing players with the tools, knowledge, and mindset required to grow both on and off the field, and to pursue opportunities at the highest levels of the game.
STRUCTURE AND DAY TO DAY SCHEDULE:
Each day will be divided into four focused training sessions, with every session targeting a specific component of the game:
Session 1: Ball Mastery
A dynamic and explosive session centered on individual ball mastery, designed to develop high-level 1v1 ability and technical confidence.
Session 2: Small-Sided Play
Game-based scenarios that promote decision-making, helping players understand when and how to apply the techniques developed in Session 1.
Session 3: Functional Final Third Training
Position-specific work focused on the attacking and defending demands of the final third, including ball striking, crossing, finishing, wide play, and improving the ability to both create and prevent goal-scoring opportunities.
Session 4: The Game
A fully integrated game environment where all elements from the three sessions earlier in the day come together. Each session includes a specific coaching focus to encourage repetition through decision-making, while still allowing for creativity and freedom in real time.
Breaks & Recovery
Water breaks will be incorporated into each session. Snack breaks will take place between Sessions 1 & 2 and Sessions 3 & 4. Lunch will be scheduled between Sessions 2 & 3.
VIDEO ANALYSIS:
Video Analysis will be incorporated as well to provide the full experience, and player development.
